Disable line wrapping for tags and badges on the user profile page

On the user pages, the 'tags' and the 'badges' at the bottom often linebreak inappropriatly. Like my profile on answers.ros.org, the badge "Nice Question" says "Nice\nQuestion x\n4" (with the \n representing the linebreals). It'd look much nicer if that was all on one line.

Ditto for the tags, though it's not as bad - i've got one that comes up "openni_camera x\n2" which is just odd.
