plans for a sidebar for announcements?

I think instead of a sidebar, we could reuse the way tooltip shows up when you haven't signed it yet and use the same technique for system wide announcements by moderators or admins. thoughts? mether ( 2011-07-26 10:30:31 -0500 )edit

well not the tool tip really. the top yellow bar that shows up when you have not signed in or when you have received a badge and so on. That same top bar can be reused for announcements? mether ( 2011-07-26 10:37:11 -0500 )edit
