copyright message in footer
I can edit the copyright message in the footer via settings but there is no option to edit the license link itself and hence it continues to point to a particular variant of Creative Commons license (attribution only) while I would like my deployment to use CC-BY-SA instead. Perhaps someone else would a completely different license. This should be editable via settings as well

This is already on the settings. The url is:
<yoursite>/settings/GENERAL_SKIN_SETTINGS/
There is a "site footer mode" and "Custom footer" options.
