I noticed that actually (0.7.19) it is possible to vote up a comment but not to revoke the vote, at least not by clicking on the arrow a second time. That's OK, it's a matter of design decision.
Yesterday I voted a comment. Today I saw the same comment and wanted to vote it up forgetting I already expressed my +1. This is the message I got clicking the arrow:
sorry, but older votes cannot be revoked (click to close)
I found a bit misleading to see the arrow, click on it, and only at this point discover I can't vote. Wouldn't it be more convenient to hide the arrow at all in this case?
