Clearing all the tags doesn't clear the URL.
- Access http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/
- Click on any tag ... in this case I clicked on fedora15.
- The url now is http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/?tags=fedora15
- Click on "close" icon next to the tag.
- All question are displayed.
- Observe the url.
Actual: URL is still http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/?tags=fedora15 Expected: Closing all the tags should take the url to http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/

This is a defect - urls on the main page are not RESTful, there is session storage for the search state, keeping track of the selected tags, etc.
This does need to be fixed as then it will be possible to cache the main page better and the urls would be shareable.
