After we updated from .22 to .23, we ran into this issue. Clicking on any question results in the same problem. For instance,

Touched the wsgi file and restarted Apache. Didn't work.

Fixed in 0.7.24. There are three new features and two bug fixes.

Now we will incorporate the latest pull requests and make another release today or tomorrow.

stg instance now updated to 0.7.24 and the error still exists unfortunately.
