Clicking on "ask a question" multiple times redirects to "undefined" url.
- Go to ask.fedoraproject.org.
- Click on "ask a question"
- Observe the url and the search box.
- url is http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/ask/?title= and
- question box is empty as expected.
- Click on "ask a question" again.
Actual: url is now http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/ask/?title=undefined and the question box is populated with the word "undefined".
Expected: url remains as http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/ask/?title= and so does question box remains empty.

When i click on 'ask a question', it takes to page with url 'http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/ask/'. I clicked again 'ask a question' and it stays in same page with same url. I can't reproduce this.
