How to isolate non-English questions so that English users are not annoyed by foreign questions? Or I should deploy another askbot exclusively for a language?

Kaio, sorry, we don't yet have proper support for multilingual forums, so for now you should install a separate instance for each language.

The one deployed here - a hacked version of askbot - has issues, and only supports search in English.

Which other languages are you interested in?

If you use postgresql as database and set it up with C.UTF-8 as locale, real utf-8 full text search works. Perhaps you could mention this in the documentation.
