I want to check the posts before they are published.

If moderators accept, the posts (questions, answers, comments) will be published.

Is it possible with askbot?

Not yet, we are going to add this feature in the future. Right now you can subscribe by email to all posts and delete the ones you don't like.

You can get instant notifications, so unwanted posts can be removed quickly, but we will add the pre-moderation feature.

There is Turkish, but it is incomplete. We have an account here https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/askbot/, where translations can be done online.
