HTML escaped incorrectly on Data entry and display rules admin page
On the Data entry and display rules settings page (/settings/FORUM_DATA_RULES/), the HTML for "Enable embedding videos" is escaped so that the HTML tags are visible:
Enable embedding videos. <em>Note: please read <a href="http://askbot.org/doc/optional-modules.html#embedding-video>read this</a> first.</em>
