will anybody tell me how can I place adsense after the question and after the selected answer. (in the text)

I think it would be a great feature. The possibility to add Adsense blocks everywhere in the CMS is on one of the reasons, why vBulletin is so extremely successful.
We need at least the blocks between the question and the first answer, and behind the first answer.
To optimize CTR it would be better also to allow some blocks directly in the question and the answer.
If you look at the most popular blogs or forums then you see exactly the same.
Otherwise there is no way to monetize an AskBot Q&A, except this is just a support Q&A for some product, and not a stand alone Q&A-community.

This is not implemented yet. for that we'd need to add an editable block in those places. Currently there are only in the sidebar.
