I see that this site supports user-following. Is a new feature in 0.7.39? Was it available in 0.7.22?

Follow user was introduced earlier, I don't remember exactly with which version.

We have a changelog in the documentation section, you can see there when some features were introduced, but there is no record for the "follow user". The changelog must have been introduced after this feature.
