Is askbot.org using a CMS?

I see that askbot.org has a 'custom-header' div element. Is it running a CMS?

Hmm, do you mean - is askbot built on top of other software like django-cms? No it is not.

There may be some coincidences with naming classes and id's with some other packages.

I am not sure what you mean. All the code is written manually, how else :)?
