My users are not getting update by email

Hi

Thank for viewing my problem. My admin account is getting the mails properly. But others accounts are not. Most of my users using social login. Do you think that social login may cause problem?

Possibly they are just not signed up for the instant updates - check their user profiles.

let me know how can I configure my account on askbot.org so that I can get instant update of answer or comment on my own questions. Then It will be a good test.

In your user profile --> subscriptions select "instant" on a few items and you should be getting the notifications. I am, that's how I know that you've posted this comment.

Hi, maybe an other problem here, instant mails are ok, no problem with that, thats the test for the smtp connection and mailserver is correct configured, too. But the daily/weekly updates doesn't go out, I don't know why. "python manage.py send_email_alerts" brings me the standard DeprecationWarning about the settings.DATABASE_* things, but no Mails are sent. The hourly cron job is active ... waiting two days now, no daily update mails, I think same problem with weekly mails will come. Any Ideas @Evgeny
