If I find a bug - how do I report it? Is there some sort of issue tracking system for this project?

Yes, that's our bug tracker, you might find it easier to post bug reports here. It will be worth registering on the tracker if you are planning to use it more than a couple of times. Unfortunately, user accounts are not integrated yet between the forum and the tracker.
Evgeny (Nov 25 '11) Just post your issue as a new question on this forum, apply tag bug.
Bugs will be fixed without any formalities and soon (of course difficult issues may take longer, but we don't have a filing cabinet to postpone them :).
Also we have a TODO list in the repository where some bugs are listed by the developers you can add there too, but first get a commit access to the repository (all developers of this project have the commit right).
