Done in 0.6.68, either the time limit can be disabled (in the data entry settings), or time delay set really high.
The delay is there to prevent editing comments that are not the last in the list, the last comment is always editable though.
I think it doesn't make sense to edit previous comments, because they are always in the order of posting.
