Can someone update the deployment documentation?

I have askbot running great on my local computer. It's installed within a virtualenv and it's using postgresql as the DB on my Mac.

I'd like to push this to a live production server but the current documentation doesn't explain this too well.

I can copy the files to the server and do a pg_restore to get my local DB copied over to the server. But what sort of configurations do I need to do on the server?

For example, do I need to run "python develop" on the server? I'm assuming yes because I believe that will install all the needed packages into my server's virtualenv that askbot requires. What about running "askbot-setup" though?

What about nginx settings? Nginx is my preferred web server, but the deployment guide doesn't include details on how to set things up for nginx/wusgi. I'd venture to say that most people are switching to nginx these days, so maybe it would be helpful to have the deployment documentation updated for that?

I'm new to python/django and I'm diving into askbot to learn more about how everything works. I've been fine so far, but I'm still lost when it comes to pushing my local instance that runs on my Mac to a production server running Ubuntu 12.04.
