How can I follow a tag?

How can I follow a tag such that I get notified about any new questions or answers to questions with the followed tag?

Mark it as "interesting" on the main page. We might need to change wording "interesting" -> "followed".

it's better to allow the follow when visiting the tag page also following in question page when hover like stackoverflow and other big sites.
