Making Askbot more social

After reading this Question. I thought about one feature. I think it would be a good idea to combine a tutorial website and Q&A site.

• Users should have the option to post Questions and Tutorials

  • If there is no question, so some users could share their knowledge through their tutorials. Everyone who has a Q&A site knows this Problem. When you a owner want to share your knowlede, than you have to ask your self a question, which is somehow not natural. Especially new users are confused.

• Tutorials can only be commented

If we go one step further, we could add an tab like "Blog"

Than it would become a real network around some niche without violating the Q&A main line. It would make it easier to create a community which is the main problem of every Q&A site.

• On the main page we would have the questions, as always, but there should be a tab with tutorials.
