How to change "Static Content, URLS & UI" respective to multilanguage support

I've tried change the content of "Static Content, URLS & UI" in administration interface of fedora askbot and the modified strings are visible on all languages and not just on the respective language that i'm changing. there are any form of avoid this behaviour or conversely this is a expected improvement to a new version?
