Translation of `words.py` file
It seems that the file words.py containing such:

in the home page can't be translated in transifex because the django.po file isn't updated for french language(and neither for other languages it seems).
Does a translator can update po files in transifex using the updated po file generated by:manage.py jinja2_makemessages --locale=fr or a simple translator has no such rights.
I tried to update the django.po file(and regenerate the .mo files) in the locale directory, and it works(after removing the `#, fuzzy` line).
