force delete tags
In Ask Fedora, we often have tags that show up in the auto complete but if we search for them, no actual questions will be using that tag. So in such cases, I would like an administrative option to force delete a tag. It also appears that tags should not be showing up in auto complete if the tags are part of deleted or closed questions etc. That one seems to be a bug
