LinkedIn dont allow users to custom their screen name

Is there any way i can turn off screen name customization on LinkedIn authentication?
After you authenticate askbot asks you to put custom Screen Name and email address.
Basically we dont want people to change it, but we want allow them to put a custom email address as its company website and people use their personal one on LinkedIn accounts.
