Have a "print" style & button on the question page

It would be nice if we could have a "print" button on the question page so that when I pressed the button, a new window would open that would contain the question, all comments and all answers formatted for print.

No sidebar or answer box would be in the print window. In fact, it should just be a static text page without any buttons, links, etc...

I've added a 'print' branch to my repository... @Evgeny - maybe you can let me know what you think?

Super, right now I am going through your yesterday's commits, once I finish those will look into your print branch. Btw - it is a very good idea to have topic branches, b/c it makes it easier to follow what is going on.

great. I'm still not a pro with git... it seems to want to merge my branches automatically when I switch back and forth... have to read up on it.

Sorry, unfortunately your printable version will need to be redone, there is a lot of copy-paste code and I think there must be a better method, like something involving stylesheets, other things look fine. Thanks!

Hey Hoah, could you please try to isolate new features in separate branches? That way it will be possible to merge them faster and easier.
