What is the best way to replace "question" with "post"?

I want to use AskBot as a forum instead of a Q&A site, hence I would like to replace "question" with "post"
 
There are several things I need to do:
 
     
  • For all urls, replace "question" with "post"
    •  
  • For all the texts, replace "question" with "post"
    •  
 
Any ideas? 
 
 
To enter a block of code:
 
     
  • enter empty line after your previous text
    •  
  • paste or type the code
    •  
  • select the code and press the  button above
    •
