shorter base url

can be the base url be just http://askbot.org instead of http://askbot.org/en/questions/?start_over=true? On askbot instances, having a shorter url would be better IMO

In askbot.org the shortest it can be is http://askbot.org/en, but with a fixed language sites it can be just the base url. A simple change will be needed in the url configuration for that.

The url parameters after '?' are occasional, used for search and navigation on the main page.
