make default for email subscriptions configurable
 
   
  
 
 
I would like to able to set the forum default for email subscriptions for users via settings.   
 
 
To enter a block of code:
 
     
  • enter empty line after your previous text
    •  
  • paste or type the code
    •  
  • select the code and press the  button above
    •
