Clicking on "ask a question" multiple times redirects to "undefined" url.

1. Go to ask.fedoraproject.org.
2. Click on "ask a question"
3. Observe the url and the search box.
   • url is http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/ask/?title= and
   • question box is empty as expected.
4. Click on "ask a question" again.

Actual: url is now http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/ask/?title=undefined and the question box is populated with the word "undefined".

Expected: url remains as http://ask.fedoraproject.org/questions/ask/?title= and so does question box remains empty.
