Googled for the error code - it seems to be in your sqlite database - maybe rebuild it and start over?

@Evgeny:rebuilt the database. cloned askbot-devel again and configured it again but the problem persist. Also, the problem is popping up in firefox only.

It may be a problem with your Firefox. Possibly it internally uses sqlite and there is some issue on your install. Try to reinstall the browser, it does not look like anything related to python.
