Whenever I am trying to login it is redirecting me to 
http://askbot.org/en/encount/signin/?next=/en/ and it shows "Page not Found" ,I am also unable to subscribe to rss feed.

Fixed now, we've been playing with the redirects. We have for now disabled all the non-english locales, until we fix the multilingual support.
