Ability to only show users with gravatars
It would be cool if you could set the contributors sidebar widget on the main page to only show gravatars of users with a real gravatar or uploaded photo. It is nice having faces on the front page instead of the default images that gravatar provides.
Actually, that feature is already present, we just need some finishing touches.

I agree - it doesn't look great with only the placeholder gravatars. Looking forward to the ability for users to upload their own photos without Gravatars.
@william: users can upload custom photos even now, without gravatar -- you (the developer) just need to set it up in the project settings.
@piskvorky: where is the setting to allow for custom photo uploads? I don't see this on admin?
