cannot signup when language locale is zh_CN

which is

for locale is en.
 
but the page displayed is 
 
signin.html rather than 
 
signup_with_password.html

    •  
  • select the code and press the  button above

我也有同样的问题，还有在IE中显示不太正常也不能投票，他好像在0.7.40中可以解决

yes, I eventually fix the the signup issue, but the image upload for IE and Firefox is still missing.
