Support for HTTPS in the hosted version

We don't have a solution for this now, but we want it.

Currently we host at Rackspaces and use their load balancer solution, which can work only on one port at a time. We could move all traffic to https, we need to investigate this possibility.

Alternatively we will need to make some changes in the infrastructure, hard to predict what that would take.
