Where is the string "search or ask your question"?

I can not find location the new string "search or ask your question", which appears in the new search bar (Version 0.7.45).

I want to translate it...

by the way if I type some word in the new search bar, which is very often on my site I dont't get any suggestions, only the image appears.

When I press enter, I get correct results though

The string files need to be rebuilt I will update here when it's done.

Thank you! But the usual message compilation via python ../manage.py compilemessages seems not to compile that message.
