I want to send a system message to all users, is there a way to do it?
 
 
To enter a block of code:
 
     
  • enter empty line after your previous text
    •  
  • paste or type the code
    •  
  • select the code and press the  button above
    •

How do you want the message to be displayed to each user?  Should the message always be visible, or should it disappear after the user sees it?
