Clicking on "flag offensive" doesn't seem to do anything
I am the moderator for an Askbot site. When I click on the "flag offensive" link below a question, nothing seems to happen. Other users are reporting the same experience. There is nothing visually indicating that the question has been flagged (let alone the number of times it has been flagged). I also don't receive any emails alerting me that a question has been flagged.
What is the expected behavior when:
- A normal user flags a question?
- A moderator flags a question?
- An administrator flags a question?
