Cancelling comment edit should not reveal add a comment link

Steps to reproduce problem:

  1. Add a comment to a question or an answer
  2. Click Add a comment again
  3. Without cancelling, click Edit to edit your original comment
  4. Cancel the edit of your comment
  5. Click Add a comment again

Repeat steps 2-5 ad nauseum to get as many new comment entry widgets as you like.
