OK finally fixed this. If this - if you upgrade, upgrade those two badge cron jobs wont be necessary any more. Also - thresholds for the badges can be adjusted in the settings. There still are some issues with the badges to polish out, but hopefully no critical bugs. I've made at least one test case for each badge.settings.
