I notice that the "Flag Offensive" widget appears twice (one next to the other) at the bottom of answers on my Askbot-powered site.

I'm not sure exactly what factors are causing it, but some possibilites:

• Post is CW.
• I am viewing as a superuser.
• Post is accepted answer.
• Or this could just be occurring on every answer.
