There is also no apparent mechanism for the moderators to approve new tags. Also, for whatever reason, the "unapproved tags" still appear on the tags page. |

Either way, clicking on the link doesn't seem to trigger a warning sign. When I click on the "flag offensive" link below a question, nothing seems to happen. Other users are reporting the same experience. There is nothing visually indicating that the question has been flagged (let alone the number of times it has been flagged). I also don't receive any emails alerting me that a question has been flagged. What is the expected behavior when:
