How to delete groups and tags?

I'm new user at askbot tool, and I'm was giving a exploratory research at some functionalities such as groups and tags.

I have a lot of groups like: "test", "test1" and tags like: "tag1" and "abc".

Now that I researched and liked the tool, I need to delete this tests tags/groups and create correct ones.

How do I do it?
