How to add a custom form in Askbot?

At specific places in an Askbot powered site, lets say after logging in, I want to add a custom form. Is there a way to do it easily in Askbot?

Could you expand your question? Do you want a form after the login is done? or just change a current form?

No I don't want to change the current form. I want to add my own form
