In "settings"->"URLS, keywords and greetings", adjust the "short name for your forum" entry, have a look at other settings as well.

Thanks for response it works successfully out of box.

I am newbie in this field but I have completed all the askbot setup within 15days of hard work. I don't work for client. I want to learn such a new thing.
