Edit other people's questions or answers

To be able to edit another user's question or answer is an essential feature, that is completely missing from for example question2answer. Does askbot have this feature? I seem to be unable to find edit buttons but perhaps they are just hidden from me due to 1 karma?

Thank you. How do I find out whether or not I have sufficient karma and how much I need? I have seen two cases (SE and Mamute) that the 'edit' link is accessible and shows a message with how much karma is needed to actually use it, which is very good to motivate and explain where features are - rather than hiding UI which is not yet accessible.

The answer is given in the FAQ section of your site along with the karma requirements for some other karma-dependent actions.

Thanks, I see on http://askbot.org/en/faq/ : 100 = edit community wiki questions | 200 = edit any answer. Does this mean 3rd party questions can never be edited on this site? Or are all questions "community wiki questions"? Or do they fall in the same category as "edit any answer"?
