How do I develop the CSS?
 
   
  
 
 
I have read the documentation regarding skins. I have tried adding an extra.css file but it doesn't not get included. I have tried editing the style.css file directly, but the test server seems to be caching the previous version somehow. I don't understand where this old version is coming from. How do you actually develop a new CSS stylesheet?
