Is there any way to raise a Jira and trigger a mail through askbot whenever someone asks a question??

Hi Team,

In my organisation, I need a way to auto-create a Jira: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira (www.atlassian.com/software/jira) whenever someone asks a questions on Askbot because top management guys wants to monitor support efforts through it. Please let me know if there is any way available or any better mechanism.
