Where is CSS for the askform style?

In the default askbot layout, in the answer, there is a <div id="askform"> in the answer table. It looks like that style is NOT defined anywhere, which causes me some grief. Am I missing something?

Benoit, what are you trying to do? Maybe the html structure could be changed in some way. You can just add/remove html in the templates and adjust to your liking. Since this particular element was not used for styling anything I removed it.

I'm trying to make a non-fixed width style, where the CALeft style expands if the user increase the size of the browser. The pre tag is giving me problem , but most other stuff works

Benoit, the elements with id "askform" are not styled, there is no direct reference to "askform" anywhere in css or javascript.

I'll delete it in the next revision (today).
