Where in the Askbot code would I find the text asking you to give a descriptive answer?

On the page for a question, there is a paragraph with the some text in the answer form that looks something like the following:

You are welcome to answer your own question, but please make sure to give an answer. 
Remember that you can always revise your original question. 
Please use comments for discussions and please don't forget to vote :)
for the answers that you liked (or perhaps did not like)!

I want to modify this text, but I can't figure out where it's coming from. Does anyone know where I can find it?
