Fix html title of Ask Askbot landing page
Currently the html titles for some pages at Ask Askbot are as follows:
- Ask Askbot questions: "Questions - My site"
- Ask Askbot users: "Users - My site"
- Ask Askbot tags: "Tags - My site"
Could that be changed to, say, "Ask Askbot" instead of "My site"?
