ignored tags update doesn't force refresh

I have the keep ignored tag question hidden checkbox set. If I add a tag to the ignore list, it shows up on the right hand side.

However, the list of questions displayed is not updated to remove the ignored tags. I need to manually refresh the browser or hit the question tab.

Could we have an auto-refresh of the question list when adding to the ignored tag?
